Once your vehicle arrives in Slovakia, we manage the full EU type approval and Slovak registration process on your behalf. This takes place after import and your car will be fully registered before handover.

Manufacturer warranty is included on eligible vehicles — this depends on the specific model and configuration. We confirm warranty status in your personalised quote. Regardless of warranty status, we provide local after-sales support in Slovakia.

We provide local after-sales support for all vehicles purchased through RaceIQ. For warranty claims we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. For routine servicing, we work with qualified EV service partners in Slovakia. Chinese EVs use standard components that are increasingly supported across European service networks.

Vehicles require EU type approval and Slovak registration after they arrive — this is a standard part of the import process that we manage entirely. Your car will be fully road legal before we hand it over to you.
