Handover
Once registration is complete, we arrange handover of your vehicle in Bratislava. We walk you through the car, hand over all documentation, and remain available for ongoing support.

The Full Process

Model Selection
We begin with a consultation to understand exactly what you are looking for. Together we select the right model, trim level, configuration and optional equipment tailored to your preferences and budget. We provide full spec comparisons and honest advice on which vehicle best suits your needs.
Offer & Quote
We prepare a personalised quote covering the vehicle price at port, estimated shipping, customs duties, VAT and registration fees. All costs are presented transparently upfront — the price you agree is the price you pay.
Vehicle Verification
We verify the availability of your selected vehicle and review its full history and technical documentation to confirm it meets our quality standards and your requirements. For cars currently at port we can provide detailed photos and video walkthroughs on request.
Contract Signing
Once you are happy with the offer we prepare a formal import agreement clearly defining the vehicle, purchase conditions, delivery timeline, warranty terms and payment schedule. You sign the contract — everything is documented and legally binding.
Deposit Payment
Upon signing the contract we request a deposit of 25% of the agreed vehicle price. This secures your order and initiates the purchase and import process. The remaining balance is due before final handover.
Vehicle Transportation
We manage the full logistics and transportation of your vehicle from China to Central Europe. Working with trusted freight partners we arrange sea or rail transport depending on the model and timeline. We keep you updated throughout the shipping process.
Customs Clearance & Import Duties
Once your vehicle arrives in the EU we handle all customs formalities on your behalf. This includes payment of all required import duties — typically 10% of the vehicle value — plus VAT at 23% calculated on the vehicle value plus customs duty. All duty costs are included in your upfront quote.
Technical Inspection & Type Approval
After customs clearance we arrange the full EU technical inspection and type approval process. We manage COC documentation and work with approved technical authorities including DEKRA where required. Your vehicle will be fully road-legal and compliant before registration.
Registration & Handover
We complete the full vehicle registration in your name — available in Slovakia, Czech Republic or Poland depending on your preference. Once registered we arrange handover in Bratislava. You receive the vehicle fully documented, plated and ready to drive, with a full walkthrough from our team.

It depends on the model and availability. Some cars can be delivered in 8–10 weeks, others may take up to 16 weeks if built to order. We give you a clear estimate when you place your order.
No. All costs including the vehicle price, shipping, customs duties, VAT and registration fees are presented to you upfront in your quote. The price you agree is the price you pay.
Manufacturer warranty is included on eligible vehicles — this depends on the specific model and configuration. We confirm warranty status in your personalised quote. Regardless of warranty status, we provide local after-sales support in Slovakia.
In most cases yes. We can source specific configurations and colours directly from the factory. Some limitations may apply depending on the model and production schedule.
Your involvement is minimal. You will need to sign the import contract, provide documentation for registration, and be available for the handover. We handle everything else.
