RaceIQ provides vehicle import, EU homologation, customs clearance, and Slovak registration services for Chinese electric and hybrid vehicles. Our services include sourcing vehicles from manufacturers and authorised dealers, arranging logistics and shipping, managing customs and import documentation, performing EU homologation compliance, and completing Slovak vehicle registration.

Accuracy of Vehicle Information

All vehicle specifications, features, images, and descriptions displayed on our website are based on manufacturer-provided data and are presented in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy. Specifications may vary between model years, production batches, and regional configurations.

Prices displayed on the website are port-of-origin prices in euros (EUR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. These prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, manufacturer pricing adjustments, and market conditions. Import duties, EU VAT, shipping costs, customs clearance fees, EU homologation costs, and Slovak registration fees are additional and will be quoted separately in your personalised offer.

Vehicle images shown may include optional equipment, different colour configurations, or represent a similar model variant. Actual vehicles may differ from images shown. We recommend confirming exact specifications and pricing with our team before placing an order.

Import Process Terms

The vehicle import process involves multiple stages including sourcing, shipping, customs clearance, technical inspection, homologation, and registration. Each stage is subject to timelines and processes that may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping delays due to weather, port congestion, or carrier schedules
• Customs processing times and regulatory changes
• EU homologation requirements and technical inspection schedules
• Changes in import duties or tax regulations
• Manufacturer production and delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines provided on our website or in communications are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the import process.

Orders & Payments

Vehicle orders are subject to availability and confirmation by RaceIQ. Submitting a form on our website does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding agreement is formed only upon receipt of a signed purchase agreement and any required deposit payment.

A deposit may be required to secure your order. The deposit amount, payment schedule, and refund conditions will be outlined in your individual purchase agreement. Full payment terms, including total landed cost, are provided in your personalised quote before you commit.

Warranty

All vehicles are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable in the European market. The warranty duration and coverage depend on the specific manufacturer and model. RaceIQ provides local after-sales support in Slovakia to assist with warranty claims, service scheduling, and technical support.

RaceIQ does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly agreed in writing. The manufacturer’s warranty may be subject to specific terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law, RaceIQ shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping, customs, or regulatory processes beyond our reasonable control
• Changes in vehicle specifications, pricing, or availability by the manufacturer
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
• Loss of profit, data, or business opportunity
• Any inaccuracies or errors in vehicle information sourced from manufacturers

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RaceIQ for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
